RGBW: 4 LED boards (2 pairs) and 4 RGBWA driver modules; splitter if controller selected. Flow Series: 4 LED tubes (2 pairs) and one 6 ft 3-pin extension; power regulator and 4-output harness if controller selected. Selected controller, if purchased.

No. These are DRL components for installation inside existing headlights. Pre-built Kia Stinger headlights are available separately.
