Installing rock lights on your truck enhances visibility during off-road adventures and adds a distinctive aesthetic appeal. Follow this step-by-step guide to install rock lights and program them using a bluetooth controller.
- Rock light kit (including lights, wiring, and Bluetooth controller)
- Drill with appropriate bits
- Screwdriver set
- Wire strippers and crimper
- Electrical tape or heat shrink tubing
- Zip ties
- Safety gear (gloves and safety glasses)
Step 1: Plan the Installation
- Select Mounting Locations
o Choose optimal positions for each rock light, typically within the wheel wells or along the vehicle's undercarriage, ensuring even illumination and avoiding interference with moving parts or heat sources.
- Test the System
o Before installation, connect the rock lights to the controller and a power source to verify functionality.
Step 2: Mount the Rock Lights
- Prepare the Surface

o Turn on the vehicle's ignition to power the controller, enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, and follow the app's instructions to pair with the controller.

o Use the app to customize light colors, patterns, and other settings to your preference.
